Pictures from Our InterGenerational Rally on October 4, 2022 –  We rallied together and marched to the city council, where we made our voices heard.  We had an article in The Herald News, too! https://www.shawlocal.com/the-herald-news/news/2022/10/05/nonviolent-cities-project-looks-for-peace-in-joliet/  We will keep working with the community and put pressure on our leaders to declare Joliet, a Nonviolent City!  

Peace starts with children and we are always looking for more ways to do our part.

Sunday, September 18, 2022, at the Joliet Jewish Congregation, 250 N. Midland Ave., Joliet On Sept 18, 2022 we partnered with the Joliet Jewish Congregation in adding a peace pole at their location.
